Well that's the book written. 41,000 words in 7 months only 11,000 words over but I have a good editor. Now back to the interrupted PhD work.
To ease myself back into the thinking I 'suspended' in December 2011 I'll now post a series of entries that essentially is an annotated bibliography and my open thoughts on what I've read.
